Welcome! I’m Harper, a dedicated personal trainer and certified nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My journey in fitness and nutrition is deeply personal and rooted in my own transformation. I’m currently working towards my registered dietitian license and will earn my bachelor’s degree in nutrition by the spring of 2025.My passion lies in empowering LGBTQ+ individuals to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Having attained a masculine-presenting physique has been a crucial part of my own journey toward self-love and acceptance. I understand the unique challenges and goals within our community and am here to support you every step of the way.Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, make healthier nutrition choices, or just need someone who gets it, I’m here to help you achieve your goals and celebrate your successes. Meet Lynley
I’m Lynley, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with a lifelong passion for fitness. My journey began as a child in a bootcamp program at a bodybuilding gym, instilling discipline and strength from an early age. I continued to pursue this passion, working in big commercial gyms like Crunch and LA Fitness and learning from incredible mentors along the way.
After high school, I joined the Air Force, where a back injury reshaped my path and sparked a commitment to functional fitness, rehabilitation, and the science of building muscle.
Today, I specialize in personalized training programs and coaching that empower my clients to lose weight, build strength, and achieve long-term health.
My approach is rooted in both my personal experience and the same core values that define Body Craft: sustainability, structure, and helping every client feel strong, confident, and capable in their own skin. At Body Craft, we believe that fitness isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, empowerment, and creating a body and lifestyle you’re proud of. That’s exactly what I aim to deliver in every session.
